This notice explains which data the Mint site processes and why.

Wallet and blockchain access
thirdweb and blockchain RPC providers. On the Mint and item pages, thirdweb reads sale data and prepares transactions. RPC providers may receive wallet address, selected network, IP address and request metadata. Purpose: connect a wallet, display mint status and submit transactions requested by you. Legal basis: performance of the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: we store none of this data ourselves; the providers keep it under their own policies. Recipients, processing locations and safeguards for transfers outside the EEA: thirdweb and the public RPC provider of the selected network; they may process data outside the EEA, including the USA, because you ask for the connection (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be deleted by this site.
WalletConnect. The WalletConnect module loads only after you choose WalletConnect. It processes pairing and session data, wallet address, network, IP address and request metadata. It stores technically necessary session data in local storage after your click so the wallet session can work. Purpose: establish and maintain the wallet session, not tracking. Legal basis: performance of the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Session data remains until disconnect, expiry or local deletion; provider retention and international transfer safeguards: WalletConnect may process data outside the EEA, including the USA, because you choose this connection (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
Katana Inu services
mintapi.katanainu.com. After a wallet check, registration or reservation request, the service processes wallet address, signature, eligibility data and selected items. Purpose: verify holder benefits and record requested reservations. Legal basis: performance of the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: registrations and reservations are kept while the holder benefit is active and deleted on request; server logs are deleted after 14 days. Hosting location, recipients and transfer safeguards: our own server at Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany; holder status is checked with the Katana Inu Launcher; no transfer outside the EEA.
api-reward.katanainu.com. The Rewards page requests the current $KATA price. The request can transmit IP address and standard request metadata, but this page sends no wallet or account identifier with that price request. Purpose: display a current price. Legal basis: legitimate interest in showing current prices (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention, hosting location and transfer safeguards: server logs are deleted after 14 days; hosted on our own server at Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany.
launcher.katanainu.com. The Mint site links to the Launcher but does not embed it. Data reaches the Launcher only when you follow a link or use its separate account and wallet functions. Its own privacy information applies there: its own privacy notice on launcher.katanainu.com.
Price service
Coinbase price API. Pages using the shared site script request public ETH/USD market data from api.coinbase.com. Coinbase can receive IP address and standard request metadata. Purpose: display an approximate fiat conversion; no account or wallet identifier is sent by this request. Legal basis: legitimate interest in showing approximate prices (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention and safeguards for any transfer outside the EEA: Coinbase may process data outside the EEA, including the USA, under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and local storage
The reviewed Mint code sets no cookies and includes no analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. WalletConnect local storage starts only after the user requests a wallet connection and is necessary for that session. No consent banner is used on this basis.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact business@katanainu.com.
